hi
i received a call saying something small needed to be done to this
unit but have not received a call or email back stating that it was
done. we need to have an eta when the repair will be done and if any
of the equipment in the rm is in danger.

just spoke with the mechanic (bill) who informed me that the bearing
and the shaft of this a/c unit is damaged and needs to be replaced.
the unit is shutoff now and there is no danger of a leak. Facilities
will be getting back in touch with us early next week to keep us
informed of the repairs.
