This printer was found with bad print quality. Several dark vertical lines
running down the output, with several blank lines present.
I have cleaned all internal parts with compressed air etc..
The Toner Roller was badly corrupted. I have cleaned/cleared this problem.
The printer is now displaying a ghostly shaded background which usualy points
to the developement drawer.
According to the resolved notes, W20-EAST-4 was worked on by Ralph L. (DEC)
on 4/16/91. Ralph had a fusing unit, and developemnt drawer on parts hold.
He had REPLACED the fusing unit, and had CLEANED the developement drawer.
I have placed a service call on this printer for Monday.
S/N RI 2192 LOG # B49702. The print queue has been shut down.

For some reason, it has been approx. 20,000 pages since the last recorded
maint.kit had been installed. I have replaced the maint.kit, and have
replaced the 3/4 full Toner Collection Bottle.
