devyn 8-0254 reports prob with their sgi o2 not being able to
print. they had changed the name of the system themselves from
edg-o21 to edg1x (18.117.0.58).
the system needs to be reinstalled, she is making sure we can
do the install now and will get back to hotline with the ok.
