We're using a Sun Ultra 60 as a special one-of-a-kind server
within I/S, and I just wanted to check that you have spare parts in
stock for it, or that it's covered by some sort of service agreement
and what the terms are. The machine is named memory-ultra, and it's
in the Athena inventory. It is an Ultra 60 with 512Mb of RAM, 9Gb
SCSI disk, and an extra PCI SCSI controller connected to a Box Hill RAID.
I realize you can't do anything with the RAID.. but what happens if
we were to need service on the CPU, disk, or CDROM?
thanks,
