varan no duplex?

So, I've been trying to print duplex for a while now in
Bldg 37, and have not been succesful at is...
As I mentioned earlier, Electra is out of toner, and
then I tried Varan, and well, one of two things:
1.- Varan does not have Duplex options installed
2.- Varan does 'not know' it has duplex installed!
(I printed the test page for both Varan and Electra, under
'Paper Handling Options' Electra DOES list duples, but
Varan does NOT.
I thought all of the 5SI printer had duplex, so I'm guessing
that Varan has configurations problems?
Also, how can I figure out the capabilities of the
pritners? There is no information on them directly
(like a printout posted in the pritner saying what its
capable of, eg the CopyTech copiers). And I could
not find 'stock answers' about that either.
I do appreciate your feedback on this one.
