Hi there!
A user reported the printer varan down with the following
message:
The "varan" printer in Bldg. 37 has not been printing for two days. The queue is loaded with 20+ jobs. Someone should come look at it!
They also noted that:
It has been "warming up" for the last two days!
I went ahead and flushed the queue and downed the printer, but
can you all take a look at it and fix it?
