SUPPORT STAFF
=B7ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, Sloan School of Management, to provide
administrative support for Sloan's international programs, particularly the
MIT-China Management Education Project, the Nanyang Fellows Program, and
other special projects. Responsibilities include arranging meetings;
receiving visitors; assisting with arrangements and logistics for visiting
international faculty; and managing communications by fax, telephone, and
e-mail. Will also be responsible for word processing some correspondence;
handling e-mail, faxes, and mail; ordering supplies, books, and other
materials; preparing book shipments and other materials for China;
processing invoices and entering data into the SAP accounting system;
maintaining files and records; scheduling appointments; making travel
arrangements; assisting with conference preparations; and performing other
