Hey,
It looks like you guys made a change that added the list 'hotline' to the list
pcservice which is on cluster services as well as infosys.
The result is several things
1) infosys mail goes to the world readable discuss archive (as well as
casetracker) which I don't think is what the owners would want (becaue
pcservice is on is2w0 which is on infosys
2) All of the automated reports go to hotline and casetracker (which may be
what you want...or may not)
3) mail to cluster-services and pcservice go to world readable archives.
If 2) & 3) were what you intended, that is fine...but you might want to dress
1).
