The following shutdown request for Bldg. 31 - 000 (Machine Room sink), 1st
floor men's lavatory (114); Blowdown Turbine Rooms (122); 117, 118, 131,
210, 219, 222, 237 and safety shower 2nd floor hallway as well as the rest
of the building on 6/1 is for your review and comment. Would you please let
me know whether or not this has your approval.
