I'd really prefer not to find out about new printers in the dorms from students having trouble using them (when I would have sent an RCC over to scope it out and see what it takes to connect to it first), or find out about workstations once they've already caused serious hassles for the RCCs. If you could give us a heads up about this stuff when you put the equipment in, that would be great.
