minos.mit.edu, the Athena global motd, lert, and slw server,
will be unavailable Tuesday evening beginning at midnight due to a
hardware and software upgrade. There currently are no gmotd or lert
messages, and slw service is replicated on dill.mit.edu, so this should
not be a user visible outage. During the outage, minos will be upgraded
to an Ultra 5 running Athena 8.2. We are scheduling a 1 hour window for
this outage, but if all goes well, minos will be back in service sooner
than this.
