Greetings. I've been looking over the server side of things for this
printer, and I don't see anything out of the ordinary. The server's
configuration hasn't changed recently; we have a policy of not making
any changes to the Athena environment between drop date and the end of
finals, to avoid causing problems at an inopportune time.

I'd be curious to look at a copy of the "before" and "after" test
pages, to see if there are any configuration changes to the printer
itself.

I'm highly doubtful that the problem is on the Athena side of things,
but I'll keep looking into it, just in case.
