Both Medea and Pandora have paper jams. Both say
13.11 Paper Jam
Clear all pages
Pandora has at least one page crumbled up in the really hot part of the
printer. Pulling it out by hand is hot and only seems to tear the pages.
Medea: I pulled out 4 pieces of paper stuck in the paper path near the
bottom paper tray. I can't find any more paper, but the screen is still
registering a paper jam. I opened the printer to reset it, but it still says
paper jam. I turned it off (accidentally) and turned it back on and it STILL
says paper jam.
