We have a number of students calling in to report the MacGregor dorm
printer located at their desk is down and needs to be possibly
reconfigured. I am emailing it to bring to your attention if it has already
not been.

There is a relevant case in Helpdesk queue log 141243 in Scopus, in case
you need to refer to. Please Cc: us with any updates on this.
