Subject: athena consultants staffing electronic classrooms for rest of term
Date: Wed, 05 May 1999 18:33:10 EDT
From: oliver thomas <othomas@MIT.EDU>

hi, just a reminder that we will begin staffing the 1-115 and 14-0637
electronic classrooms during hours when they are not being used beginning
tomorrow and going through friday next week. the schedule will be fairly
dynamic, but the most recent version will be posted in olc ('olc hours').

also, consultants have been instructed to be on the lookout for 'real'
scheduled events and such, and vacate appropriately. i've appended some
of the instructions they got at the end of this message, mainly for
hotline's benefit since i mentioned them specifically.

thanks,

oliver
