2nd shift had problems last night when they tried to disable the queues
on the 11-226 printers. The console began to behave abnormally. I was
unable to use the console this morning. I rebooted the server but got
a message stating that "THIS MACHINE IS A SLAVE" followed by messages
saying m11-226-p INIT: '/etc/getty std.9600 console, failing sleeping.
I was able to rlogin into m11-226-p and get the printers operational from
my console.
