Symptoms: drive constantly tries to eject disks, even though no

disks are present.
Diags Used: examined drive and found metal guard from a floppy

jammed in the drive. removed object. drive still
------------------------------------------------------
trying to eject non-existant diskettes.
Resolution: replaced floppy drive. system is OK.
