AFS patch upgrade on dev cell servers

Between 8am and 9am Thursday morning (tomorrow, 3/18), there will be a
brief outage of the AFS servers ezra, rattle and wham. These servers are
in the dev.mit.edu cell so this outage should not cause a service
interruption to the average Athena user.
This patch upgrade is a preliminary step to a future upgrade of the
athena.mit.edu servers. The patches address a server bug which
occassionally causes an affected server to spew packets at an offending SGI
client machine.
The actual outage interval is expected to be under 5 minutes. Progress
reports will be sent to zephyr instance consult.
