Bob has been reported as having intermittent paper jams from
the Tray 4 assembly. Previously, we had replaced the Vertical
Transfer Unit (VTU), but that did not solve the problem. this time, I
replaced the Tray 4 Pickup Assembly Unit. Ran 50 pages thtough.
Looks like it is ready now, but keep an eye on it.
