m11 cluster too warm

The m11 quickstation cluster seems to be about 80 degrees fahrenheit. In
case you folks don't have a chance to deal until Monday, I'll also be
notifying fixit in just a minute.
The floor-unit (heater? a/c? Dunno) was/is set to "Low", and the wall
thermostat was slid all the way to the coolest setting. I pressed the button
on the thermostat; I don't know if that changed anything, but I observe that
cool air is blowing out of the ceiling ventilator. (It might or might not
have been blowing before I pressed the thermostat button.)
