JJ called in Savion, a 5si in the Bldg 12 cluster, as jamming
at the pickup area and at output. I diagnosed a Paper Input Unit
and replaced it. I no longer have the jamming problem from Tray 3 as
I did before, but I cannot get the newly replaced PIU to pull from
Tray 2 under any circumstances. I need to call y supplier and get
another one on the way. It should arrive Monday. In the meantime, I
have put a note in Tray 2 saying not to use it.
I will re-enable the printer since there are no problems from
Tray 3. This will allow its usage over the weekend until I can get
the new(er) part and repair it so it prints effectively from all input
sources.
