'video' workstation really needed

This one machine is the key to capturing video imagery. Especially as the
semester is drawing to a close and theses are due, I need tohave this machine
up. You'll recall that it was its parallax board and/or cable that were down.
Can we swap both of these from somewhere else and get it working? Or failing
that, can we move the cpu of 'corbu' back down the street and turn it into
'video' (and move 'video' up the street and turn it into 'corbu')? A lot of
people really need this machine, like, now. Anything you can do to move this
along will get you a bag of cookies of your choice, as well as my undying
gratitude. (if (!cookies) then $favorite_snack;)...
