I've enabled group quotas on odysseus:/u1 and /u3, per Carla's request.
The file /mit/opdoc/servers/Quotas/README has rough notes on the steps
I followed. I'll check with Carla during the next week to make sure
everything seems ok, and fix anything that might be wrong.

PS Previously, there were *no* quota controls on these partitions, so
they tended to get completely filled.
