Hi Again!
A few days ago, our printer had a paper-feed problem. By having the white gear replaced, the printer was returned to service, but with a trade-off.
Now when printing, chug shakes and vibrates, and it is now as loud as a tank.
I spoke to Dave Towle in person today, and he said it may have something to
to with the white gear not being aligned properly with a piece it is
connected to. Regardless, here is my report and if it could be fixed early
Thursday, all of us at TDC would appreciate it.
