x9700 printer host changed to mitvma

Recent disk problems on charon have prevented printouts for printer
"x9700" from reaching MITVMA. Since no problems with (and indeed,
little use of) the print server on MITVMA have been noticed, and we
therefore don't need to be able to shut off the service from the
Athena side, I have taken charon out of the loop as a forwarding host.
Printouts for x9700 will now go directly to MITVMA.
Please send me mail if any problems are noticed.
