Dear Everyone:
We are trying once again to meet everyone's requests with this shutdown.
Would you please let me know if Tuesday, February 9 from 6AM - 6:30 AM
would best fit your schedule. Some of you want this in the very early
morning (3 AM or so) --which doesn't bode well with others --some want
this in the evening -- which doesn't fit in with other department
schedules - and all of you certainly don't want this in the daytime.
I would appreciate your letting me know about this time new at your
convenience.
