Athena printer service needed

I need the Athena printer 'Poe' in 7-321 serviced.
It is:
(1) Printing repeated ghost images on printouts (can show examples
but the test page should be revealing). Will print a faint
repetition of image an inch or two below the original image.
(2) also reported to be wrinkling pages printed in duplex mode.
What can be done about this I'm not sure. Please advise.
The printer is an HP LaserJet 4SiMX under contract with IS/Athena that
we pay a service maintenance fee on. Please attempt to repair as soon
as you can -- Part I PhD exams take place later this month.
