A user came into the sipb office saying he couldn't get them to work,
I tried to get him to give more detail, machine names, or to send a
more specific report himself, but he failed to look interested, and
has not done so. I ensured that it did not appear to be a
misunderstanding in the use of mtools, since he proceeded to use one
in the office to his satisfaction.
Think of this as a heads up that you may want to ensure the operability
and correct configuration of the zip drives in the w20 cluster.
