there was a mssg on 1410 from this person stating that he
has a sun sparce printer that is having problems
there was also an archived mssg about the same thing on 1410
he mentioned chris' name
this sounds vaguely familiar from last week
i left him vmail stating that if it is infact a sunsparce
printer that we do not support it but that he should
call 1410 leave a mssg as to what time he will be in his
office so we can clarify this
