Repair Information:

Symptoms: CPU (Red power light unplugging has no effect.) & Card (bent
pins)

Diags Used: Replaced everything except board. Replaced the systemboard
and it works.

The video card I noticed that the pins where bent and I
replaced.

Resolution: Both are working.
