End-of-term staffing of electronic classrooms

hi everyone,
every semester during the last week of classes and finals week athena
consultants staff and open up the electronic classrooms during times when
they are not being used for classes to make additional workstations
available to MIT students.
we hope to begin doing so again this term, starting later this evening.
the students staffing the classrooms all know to vacate the room should it
be needed for a last-minute class, and to keep an eye on the on-line
schedule for any changes. they will also chaperon users in the cluster to
make sure cluster rules of use are observed.
