Tang's printer was having duplex problems. It turned out to be a
little piece of paper about 1"x1" that was stuck in the duplex feed path
right next to a jam sensor. I couldn't see it until I removed the duplexer
entirely from the printer. Cleaned it up and printer is running fine.
Some question about the duplex queue...lpq -Pwg-tang2 responds with
"unknown printer." However, the duplexer does work as it prints test
sheets double-sided.

Subject: Tang Printer is down
Hi, I am one of the RCCs for Tang, and the dorm printer "wg-tang" is having
hardware problems. The machine has an error "13.3 Duplex Jam" on the console
anytime the printer is turned on. I checked out all user accesible panels on
the printer, and I have not been able to find any paper jams.

i checked this morning, printer keeps coming back with
a duplex jam err. i couldn't find anything jam'd in it.
I tried power cycling to clear the err but no go.
I have mentioned this to kyle at pcservice and he will be
ordering a new duplex unit for this printer
