m12-182-8 monitor shaking

	The picture on the monitor on m12-182-8 (a GDM-17E10) is
shaking vertically a lot, making the machine pretty hard to
use. Neither power-cycling the monitor nor rearranging the power cable
to not be looped through the power cord helped.
