4-167-7 mouse did not reset

this workstation (4-167-7) was reported with a problem with mouse not reseting.
to rectify this problem the mouse cable was disconnected and plugged back in
then a soft boot to reset mouse.
after this was done the mouse reset itself and all came up fine.
