FYI:
For some reason, quickstation-macgregor ended up with a stock Solaris
/etc/name_to_sysnum (omitting the entry for AFS) and so lost when
trying to take last night's update. I fixed name_to_sysnum and forced
a correct update, so the machine should be happy now.
