they were both hung with dos jobs at the top of their Q, and therefore
probably a 79 service error
after I removed the dos jobs the printer started sending jobs into the
void
I had the user on the machine next to celine reboot it for me, but I
downed pietro, I'll try to up it again if I notice it's been power
cycled later on.
