Yet another crashed disk on TUM-TUM-TREE (24-618)

The aged TUM-TUM-TREE was mortally wounded yet again by
Saturday's power outages. The machine is a VS2000 located in room
24-618. It will not go past the self-tests at boot time, displaying only
the by now familiar self-test error messages indicating a dead disk.

P.S.: Yes, DEC service did indeed replace the disk less than two weeks
ago. I saw them do it. Apparently the replacement possessed the same
stamina as the old one.
