This was a dos job with a header of "Microsoft Word - The Pearl of Gr".
The header page would print and then the service error would appear
while the printer was still whirling around inside. Unlike usual
though the job was not getting dequed and would do the same thing
again after rebooting. I finally had to use klpc to remove the job.
