Hi,
I'm one of the RCCs for Tang, and it seems the Tang printer has been down
since Friday. There doesn't seem to be anything physically wrong with the
printer and the LCD panel says that it is ready to print.
I looked at the settings in the MIO2 Menu, however, and "CFG Network" was set
to NO. Should this be YES? I couldn't change any of the settings, though,
since the menus were locked.
Could someone please take a look at this printer at your earliest convenience?
