This HP has once again been reported jammed. An SIPB member, who know thw 5SI's
pretty well, has noticed that the top feed roller's shaft (top tray) has alot
of play. It kind of goes into a disengage mode, and a jam will happen. This
failure has been happening for quite some time now, and will need attention.
Kyle, I have seen the shaft disengage and the printer jam.
