hi,
a week ago i sent an email to athena hotline about reinstalling mcrae.mit.edu, as
Case 122997. then someone from athena reinstalled the machine. however, we later
received a phone call from athena demanding that we took the machine off the network
before it could be reinstalled. when we told them that someone has done that, they
denied any knowledge of sending people here and asked the machine remained off line.
it has been a week and a half since then and we have not received anything. since
the machine is needed in the group, i just wonder whether you can check into the case
and give us some response about what's going on.
