Hello. Somebody sent a message to OLC saying the building 66 cluster
needs more paper for its printers. Both printers are also reporting a
79 service error. The user logged out, so I can't ask them to power
cycle the machines. I'm going to down the queues since neither is
printing. Can you send someone over to fix these problems?
