Hello,
The Sun workstation, mccormick-4 in the McCormick Hall cluster has
been unusable all weekend. It displays a white console screen with a "console
login" prompt. I asked OLC about it. They suggested I try typing "control-d"
first and then try rebooting it if that didn't work. Neither of those things
worked. It just returned to the console screen and prompt.
