Hi all,
Have taken several complaints regarding no logins in the 1-142 General
cluster. Have investigated the complaints, and have found that just about 1/2
of the systems at this location were unable to connect to the net. Have placed
a call to 8400 and had left a msg. Chris Murphy had called back within 5
minutes, and was present on the scene within 30 minutes. Thats what I call good
service! (Thanks Chris).
Chris had reset a switch on the repeater, which corrcted the brought the
failing workstations back to life. All is now back to normal in 1-142.
