Hi,
I already sent mail on the 28th saying that new toner has been tried more than
once, without improvement in the print quality. I did not try it again--the
current toner cartridge is only a month or two old--but several people have
confirmed that the problem existed before the toner was replaced.
So, if someone could please come over and take a look at it and perhaps try
replacing the fuser--I'm not sure if "try" is applicable, but we'll pay for
whatever it needs--I'd appreciate it.
