problem with printer

Hi, I am a PC user and trying to print to Athena printer (Parsons Printer in
Bld.48) with Windows 95.
I have carefully installed Kerberos and Windows LPR Spooler according to the
procedure given on the Internet. I have followed my colleagues to set up
Spooler Queue, Dll and printer driver.
I can get Kerberos ticket for Email, but cannot get ticket for printing. Hesiod
error says-a net work error has occurred, you may not have kerberos tickets.
Anything is improper with my Athena Account? Please let me hear your
suggestion.
