Hello,

	I am writing to report the difficulty I am having in getting my
network connection restored.  Yesterday, the network drop in 13-2061 was
inadvertently disconnected by Informations Systems personnel installing a
new connection on floor two of building 13.  I reported this problem to
the network help desk yesterday (Log #: 122239).  I have called several
times and left several messages regarding the status of my problem.
However, the network connection to spinup.mit.edu (13-2061) remains
inoperative.  I would appreciate any assistance in this matter as my
productivity is hampered without network access.
