Actually, cyphus is the duplex queue, at the users request cyphus-ss was set
up as the the single sided queue so that people would duplex by default.
Also, this sort of request should go to 'hesreq' rather than Ops since hesreq
is tracked. Let me know if you want me to resend you the explanations of
different lists.
