Hi,
I'm the RCC for Senior House (E2). Residents have been complaining about poor
print quality on the desk 4si. The symptoms are two vertical stripes down the
middle of each page. From what I've gathered, it probably isn't a toner
problem, although I haven't poked around inside the printer. I was wondering
if someone could come over and take a look at it and recommend options for
getting it fixed. Thanks!
