A user contacted OLC about the floppy drive failing. It does not recognize
any media in the drive, even when there is clearly media in the drive.
Every error message is the same as it would be if there were no media in
the drive. I think it may be a hardware problem, since the user did everything
right as far as attempting to read the disk and attempting to eject it.
